Meet Sam
I'm Sam Fowler, owner and creator of Web Mentor Pro. My passion is helping small businesses understand and leverage their
online presence to make the business grow. This includes working with churches and non-profits.
I graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as a Communication Major specializing in Radio-TV-Film. After graduation, I spent three years in Brussels, Belgium as an Audio Engineer for a Christian-based educational institute.
Returning to Austin in 1990, I started a career in Video Production that would allow me to work with entities such as the State of Texas, City of Austin, as well as work with celebrities such as Clint Eastwood, Zig Ziglar, Anne Richards, Sissy Spacek, Bill Petersen. In addition I worked with local Fortune 500 companies such as IBM, Dell and Golfsmith.
In the late 90's, the internet caught my attention and I turned my focus to software development. After gaining status as a Microsoft Certified Professional and training in Java, I started my career as a software engineer.
The past ten years I have worked as a software engineer in the Austin area, specializing in user interface development. The last two years include working in the internet marketing field, learning the details of search engine optimization and search engine marketing.
I currently reside in the Central Texas area with my wife and two sons.
Community Service includes serving four years on the Round Rock Youth Football board as Media Coordinator and Commissioner of Flag Football. Coaching my two boys in football and baseball has been one of the most enjoyable things in my life.

I've developed websites for clients including Dell, IBM, Motorcraft, Champion Spark Plugs, Federal Mogul and local businesses/organizations.
